"I would like to recognize Arrowhavoc of the Orien server. About a year ago a group of us began running a static group. He constantly pushes us to run higher content, to challenge us, to not make the game just about playing it easy.

Due to his leadership, we've moved up to Reaper challenges, and now find Vengeance Reapers and Fear Reapers can be even be a threat! He helps with build questions, talks gear selection, leads raids, and helps new players. Arrow also throws in a r10 every life when things are getting stagnant, and we know full well we're probably going to die, but it makes us laugh and we actually finish it. He also has started streaming our r6 runs on twitch under arrowhavoc. Anyway, I just think he should be in the spotlight for his wonderful leadership!"
