Update 34 Patch 3 Release Notes

Here are the Release Notes for Update 34 Patch 3, released on Wednesday, March 1st.

News and Notes:

We have corrected several "effect stacking" issues that were having a detrimental impact on game performance. These issues were happening due to excess stacks of several benefits applied through scripting, including U32 set bonuses, Reaper bonuses, and Mythic item properties.
Corrected several issues that were allowing players to exploit the quest Precious Cargo.
Precious Cargo is no longer available in Reaper difficulty.
Corrected a reincarnation exploit.
