Template:Fun Guild

This template is designed for quick and easy creation of a "Fun" Guild page. Please do not edit this page. Refer to "Template Usage" section on this page for instructions.

Template Usage

To make a guild page using this template:

  1. Keep this window open, and open a 2nd browser window or tab
  2. In the second browser window or tab, open the Compendium
  3. Type your guild name in the search box of the Compendium
  4. If no page exists already for your guild, click on "create this page". If another guild has the same name and already has a page, add your server name to the end of your search. Be sure to read the page to make sure that someone from your guild hasn't already created your Compendium guild page!
  5. You'll be taken to a Compendium page that says your page does not exist. Click on "edit this page"
  6. Copy and paste the following into the edit box:

  7. Fill out the information after each equal sign. An explanation of each is provided below:
name = Truth Seekers
server = Argonnessen
type = Fun
Remember: You can place your guild in additional categories by placing category code at the bottom of your guild page. For example, if you are also a family guild, but also a raiding guild, simply add the following code to your guild page at the bottom:
[[Category:Raiding_Guilds]]
description = Easy going group, always willing to help out the new kid in town. Need something? Ask. Want to get through a quest for the first time? Ask! Our one condition is that you have to be accepting of AFK's we have a lot of parents.
recruitment = We don't send blind invitations and generally want to have you run with or know someone in the guild, simply so that you as well as other members know we play as a team.
website = Our website is in the works!
Then click save and admire your handywork. Your Guild page will automatically be categorized!
