You located the source of the Driftwood Kobolds' power, a pact they made with the black dragon Ilmaka! You killed Ilmaka's juvenile dragon spawn, breaking the pact and neutralizing the kobold tribe's unusual powers.\n\nReturn to
Smiley Smithe outside of the
Twelve, and let him know his caravan is now safe from kobold attacks.
