  1. Merla Bauerdatter's tavern is overrun with monsters from the Plane of Madness! She and a few others escaped, but many of her guests are still trapped inside.\n\nMerla has asked you to rescue her patrons and find a way to close the portal to Xoriat. The Sleeping Spell Inn is located just outside of the Twelve.
  2. You rescued Merla Bauerdatter's patrons and destroyed the beholders inside, breaking the link between her tavern and the Plane of Madness.\n\nMerla Bauerdatter is waiting outside her inn at the Twelve. Let her know that she can return to her business.
