While exploring Gianthold, you encountered a group of hobgoblins that were guarding the entrance to this underground lair.
Explore the lair and find out what exactly they were protecting.

You did not allow the power struggle between the Arzag-Khor and the Cloven-Jaw tribes to distract you from defeating the hobgoblin threat. An orc named Darsak will most certainly reward you handsomely for your tale of victory.
