Spell Talk:Horrid Wilting

This spell has a save, doesn't it? Is there something I'm missing, or does it not say so anywhere in the description?

I'd put it in there but I'm not 100% sure, nor am I sure what kind of save it would be (fort?).

[edit] What damage type is this spell?

Is this spell negative energy since it's necromancy? Would using a void lore item increase the effect? Haven't experimented with this, but wondering if anyone knew.
