An cone of terror causes each living enemy in an area to become panicked. A successful Will save causes enemies to become shaken. Creatures that fail their save are also slowed by necrotic energy.

Duration:1 round (6 seconds) per caster level. Can be extended. (42 Seconds at minimum level7 normally, 4 minuits extended at level20)

Notes: Monsters that suceed there save still become shaken. Which imposes a -2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks. This can cause any subsequent attempts to fear to be more likely to suceed.
