Creates an area of extreme cold, originating at your hand and spreading outward in a cone. It drains heat, dealing 4 to 6 points of cold damage per caster level (up to a maximum of 60 to 90 damage at caster level 15). A successful Reflex save reduces the damage by half.\n\nD&D Dice: Deals 1d3+3 cold damage per caster level (max 15d3+45).
