This blue gem is one of six regional dragon gems needed to unlock the Stealer of Souls quest in the Reavers Refuge. Each of the gems drops in a different explorer zone.
To unlock the quest:
- Present any three of the six dragon gems to Thear in Reavers Refuge
- Present the complete set of three dragon essences to Toriavic in Reavers Refuge
Note that step (1) is only necessary once, while step (2) is necessary each time you wish to restart the quest.
