You get health every 2 seconds for the duration (15 ticks).
Heals 1/2 Level + Wisdom Modifier every tick.
Switch to ocean stance before using this ability to increase your wisdom modifier, and therefor how much you are healed for each tick.
At level 20 with 18 base wisdom, ultimate ocean stance (+4 wisdom) and the two monk wisdom enhancements (+2) you will heal 22 health per tick and 330 health total. Every 2 additional points of wisdom (such as +4 from owl's wisdom spell) will heal another 1 point per tick and 15 points total.
