Fighters can take this as a bonus feat.
This feat does not give you additional attacks in your chain while moving. If you have 6 attacks in your attack chain while standing still at bonuses +0/+0/+0/+5/+10/+10, moving while attacking with Spring Attack will still only give you an attack chain of +0/+0.
