From what I can tell in how it works. Your movement is stacked with and Faster Sneaking bonus you get than everything is divided by half.
Example: normal 100% movement + monk30% speed bonus + 30% sprint shoes +20% Faster Sneaking = Total 180% than you must divide it in half 180/2= 90%
So in this case the monk’s normal movement is 160% than sneaking drops to 90%
This is only how I think it’s works but seems to me how it is.
