Strength 13+
As always with feats: enhancements to ability scores (str, dex, etc), items, and spells do NOT count toward the prerequisites for feats.
Only base ability scores, bonus ability points from leveling, and tomes (insight bonus) count toward feat prerequisites.
Benefit
Reduces attack rolls by the character's base attack bonus (maximum -5), and increases attack damage by the same amount. The damage increase is doubled for weapons wielded in two hands.
Limitations and Drawbacks
Base attack bonus is reduce by maximum of -5.
Special
Fighters can take this as a bonus feat.
