You have chosen to follow the path of darkness. You seek to dominate the world, and your training will reflect your philosophy. You can activate this ability to channel negative energy into your attack, dealing 2 to 20 additional damage against living creatures and then rendering the target shaken. (A successful DC 10 + Monk Level + Wisdom Mod Will save negate the shaken effect.)
