What is the minimum INT for casting each level of wizard spells?
10 + 1 per spell level. So 11 for first level spells 19 for 9th level. Just be aware that minimums are fine for buffing and Direct Damage (spells without DC's) but anything that requires a save (Finger of Death, Wail of the Banshee, etc...) aren't going to work if you're running minimums. A wizard can choose from Spell Focus, Mental Toughness and Improved Mental Toughness as bonus feats as well.
