Mithral: Mithral is a very rare, silvery, glistening metal that is lighter than iron but just as hard. Spell failure chances for armors and shields made from mithral are decreased by 10%, maximum Dexterity bonus is increased by 2, and armor check penalties are lessened by 3.

Mithril Full Plate of Speed

I have found three sets of this armor. When I found the first two and did not know what I had. I did not know that Mithril and Haste are two of the most desired things in the game. I have found this armor doing harbor quests. Which ones? I do not remember at all.

I sold the first set in the Potion Shop in the harbor. The second I put on the Auction House and it sold very quickly.

If your character has a high dexterity then this armor is perfect for a 4th level fighter. Typically, a level 4 character can use +3 Full Plate. But if your dex can offset the lack of plusses, then this armor is wonderful.

The negative is that you only get 2 hastes per rest. And the haste lasts 30 seconds. It is an area effect spell though, so you can haste your quest partners.

If you haste yourself and change into your other armor, you need to allow for about seven seconds for the armor to change.
