[edit] Unintended change
There is a bug currently with Barbarian Critical Rage I and Barbarian Critical Rage II. The proper level at which they become available is respectively 11 and 14, and not 6 and 12 like it currently is as stated by Eladrin in this post.
If a character is build around this change, be ready for a bad surprise in the future. Shortly put, build your character as if the proper levels for these enhancements are 11 and 14 as it will be reverted to what it's supposed to be in future.
